Charles Butt Scholar Mentors Needed
Raise Your Hand Texas invites you to sign up to mentor a Charles Butt Scholar! This is a powerful opportunity to give back to the teaching profession and get connected with future teacher leaders across Texas. As a mentor, you will help an emerging educator develop the skills and tools to be the best educator they can be. All Raise Your Hand Texas alumni are strongly encouraged to sign up. While we recognize this school year has been challenging, current mentors report participation in the program is a fulfilling experience that keeps them hopeful through difficult times.SIGN UP HERE

Advocacy and Outreach
If you haven’t already done so, please consider taking a moment to text RAISEMYHAND to 40649 to sign up for Raise Your Hand Texas’s action alert advocacy tool.
Signing up for our action alerts will allow us to get in touch with you at key moments during the year, and the next legislative session. It will make it easy for you to email all your state elected officials in 90 seconds or less. Legislators listen to their constituents more than any advocacy group, so we need your help to make good things happen for public education.JOIN US
