Welcome! For the Future Candidates Forum - San Antonio is part of a series of over 40 public education candidate events that Raise Your Hand Texas will be hosting across the state prior to the 2020 primary election on March 3. This forum will be for Senate District 19.
The candidates for this race are:

Roland Gutierrez (Democrat)
Xochil Pena-Rodriguez (Democrat)
Freddy Ramirez (Democrat)
Belinda Shvetz (Democrat).
Like all For the Future events, this will be an issue-focused conversation including questions on statewide and local topics. All candidates for Senate District 19 are invited to participate, and Raise Your Hand Texas will not endorse candidates.
