For the Future Forum - Brownsville is part of a series of over 40 public education candidate events that the Raise Your Hand Texas Foundation will be hosting across the state prior to the 2020 primary election on March 3. This forum will be for HD 37 and HD 38. The candidates for HD 37 are Alex Dominguez (D) and Amber Medina (D) and the candidates for HD 38 are Eddie Lucio III (D) and Erin Gamez (D). Inclusion in this list of candidates does not necessarily denote confirmation of attendance.
Like all For the Future events, this will be an issue-focused conversation including questions on statewide and local topics. All candidates for HD 37 and HD 38 are invited to participate, and the Raise Your Hand Texas Foundation will not endorse candidates.
